How fast will you respond?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, often faster. New project enquiries get a thoughtful written reply (not a templated "let's hop on a call!"). For active clients, Slack response within a few hours during PH working hours, same-day on email. Truly urgent items go to WhatsApp.
Can we meet in person if I'm in Manila?
Yes — for Metro Manila clients (Pasig, Ortigas, BGC, Makati, Mandaluyong, QC, San Juan, Marikina, Antipolo) I'm happy to meet at a coffee shop for kickoff or quarterly review meetings. Day-to-day work is remote because that's how senior consulting actually scales.
What time zone do you work in?
Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). Working hours are typically 9am–6pm Mon–Fri. I overlap with most major time zones during a normal working day — early mornings for Australia/Singapore, mid-day for India/Middle East, late afternoons for the US East Coast, evenings for the US West Coast.
Do you reply to cold outreach for collaborations?
Yes, but read first: I rarely accept guest post requests, link exchanges, or "we'd love to feature you" pitches. Genuine collaborations (joint research, podcast invites, speaking opportunities, co-marketing for relevant brands, mentorship requests from Filipino marketers) almost always get a reply. Tell me what you actually want and skip the warm-up.
Will you do a quick free SEO review of my site over email?
All services start at $499 USD per month with a one-time $20 admin fee that is fully deductible from the first month invoice. The $20 admin fee is non-refundable. I'm a student / aspiring SEO. Can I ask for advice?
Yes, with limits. I run digital marketing training for senior-high graduates through Digitribe Innovations PH, and I genuinely care about helping the next generation of Filipino marketers. Send a thoughtful question and I'll usually reply. Generic "can you mentor me?" requests rarely get a useful answer because they're too open-ended.
Do you accept volunteer or pro-bono work?
Selectively, for organisations aligned with the causes I already fund (environmental work, indigenous community support, underprivileged youth education in PH). Email me with details — I take on 1–2 pro-bono engagements a year for the right fit.
