The call is genuinely free — no upsell pitch, no "limited time offer." It's how I qualify whether we'd work well together before either of us commits to anything. By the end of 30 minutes you'll have a clearer picture of what you actually need, whether SEO/AI SEO is the right channel for you right now, and an honest opinion on the realistic timeline and budget for results in your specific niche.
If we're a fit, I'll send you a written scope and quote within 24 hours. If we're not, I'll point you toward the right consultant or agency for your situation — even if that's a competitor. I'd rather refer good business to someone better-positioned than take on engagements where I can't deliver senior-level work.
Filipino clients can join the call in Tagalog, English, or Taglish — whichever you prefer. International clients work in English with calls scheduled to fit your timezone (mornings my time work for AU/SG, afternoons for US East Coast, evenings for US West Coast).
Typical 30-minute structure.
- Minute 0–5: Quick intros — your business, what you sell, who you sell to
- Minute 5–15: Your current state — what you've tried, what's working, what's stuck
- Minute 15–25: Honest assessment — biggest opportunities, realistic timelines, what I'd recommend
- Minute 25–30: Next steps — written quote in 24 hrs, or a referral if I'm not the right fit

Calls are typically held on Google Meet or Zoom — your preference. I'll send the meeting link once we've agreed a time.
How to make the call useful.
None of this is required, but the call will be more valuable if you can share before we hop on:
- Your website URL
- 1–2 sentences on what your business sells and to whom
- What you've already tried (agencies, freelancers, in-house, ads)
- What "success" looks like for you (more leads? specific keywords? AI citations? revenue target?)
- Rough budget range — even "I don't know yet" is fine, but knowing helps me recommend realistically
Common questions about the call.
Is the call really free? What's the catch?
No catch. It's a 30-minute call where I learn about your business and give honest advice. I cap them to ~3 per week so quality stays high, which is the only "limit." If we work together afterwards, great. If not, no hard feelings.
Will you give me free SEO advice on the call?
Yes — within reason. I'll share my honest assessment of your biggest opportunity and roughly what it would take. I won't deliver an audit-quality analysis in 30 minutes (that requires actual crawling and research) but I will give directionally useful advice you can act on.
Can I bring my team?
Yes — bring up to 3 stakeholders. Past that the call gets unwieldy. If it's a bigger group, schedule a paid strategy session instead so we can budget proper time for it.
What time zones do you work in?
I'm in Pasig, Philippines (UTC+8). I run mornings for AU/SG clients, afternoons for India/Middle East, evenings for US East Coast, late evenings for US West Coast. Filipino clients get the easiest scheduling.
Can we meet in person if I'm in Manila?
For paying clients, yes — I meet in person across NCR for kickoff and quarterly review meetings. For free discovery calls I default to video to keep my schedule manageable, but I'm flexible if you're nearby and prefer face-to-face.
What happens after the call?
If we're a fit, you get a written scope and fixed-price quote within 24 hours. If we're not, you get a referral to a consultant who's better suited. Either way, no obligation.
