Service engagements

All consulting services follow the pricing and terms shown on each service page. Services start at 499 USD per month. A one-time admin fee of 20 USD applies to every new engagement; this fee is fully deductible from the first month invoice and is non-refundable. All retainers require a minimum commitment of 3 months; 6-month and 12-month plans are available.

Capacity and exclusivity

We accept a maximum of 5 clients per service category at any one time. We do not accept two clients from the same industry for the same service category. This protects your competitive advantage and the depth of work delivered.

Cancellation and refunds

Retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period ends. Audit deliverables and one-off projects are non-refundable once work has begun. The 20 USD admin fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data, dashboards, and strategy documents as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request before any engagement begins.

Limitation of liability

SEO and AI SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent month of engagement.
