What currency do you bill in?
All invoices are issued in USD. International clients pay via Wise, Stripe, or wire. Filipino clients can also pay in PHP at the prevailing exchange rate via local bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. The headline price stays $499 USD per month regardless of which currency you settle in. VAT is added separately for PH clients where applicable.
What's included in the price?
Everything in the scope document. The scope document is shared before you sign — it lists every deliverable, timeline, KPI, and what's explicitly out of scope. No surprise additions, no "well that wasn't in the contract" moments mid-engagement.
Do you require a long-term contract?
3-month minimum for retainers (because SEO genuinely doesn't move on shorter timelines). After that, month-to-month — you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. No 12-month lock-ins, no auto-renewing contracts you have to fight to escape. Audits and projects are single-deliverable, no contract.
What's your payment schedule?
Audits: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly in advance. Projects: 30% to start, 30% mid-project, 40% on delivery. All invoices net-7 unless we agree otherwise.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes — the published packages cover ~80% of engagements. The other 20% are custom: enterprise audits, multi-region rollouts, complex migrations, ongoing monthly content + AI SEO bundles. Tell me what you need on the form and I'll quote it.
What if you can't take my project?
I cap concurrent engagements to keep work senior, so sometimes there's a 2–4 week wait or I'm fully booked. When that happens, I'll either give you a start date you can plan around, or refer you to a vetted SEO/AI consultant I trust. I'd rather lose a deal than do bad work or hand you to someone who'll waste your money.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — happy to sign mutual NDAs before sharing detailed scope or technical info. I have a standard mutual NDA I can send, or I'll review yours.
How fast will you respond?
Within 24 hours on weekdays for new enquiries — usually faster. For active clients, Slack response within a few hours during PH working hours, same-day on email. If something is genuinely urgent, WhatsApp works.
