Pasig & Ortigas
My home base. Ortigas Center, Kapitolyo, San Antonio, Oranbo, San Joaquin, and the rest of Pasig.
Map pack rankings, citation building, review strategy, and PH-relevant local content — for Pasig, Ortigas, BGC, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and the rest of Metro Manila.
If you run a clinic in Pasig, a restaurant in BGC, a law firm in Makati, a real estate agency in Quezon City, or a salon in Mandaluyong — local SEO is almost always the highest-ROI marketing channel available to you. Why? The map pack moves faster than regular SERPs (you can start showing up to nearby customers within weeks), the customers searching are usually ready to buy (they're already on Google looking for someone exactly like you), and the competition is often weak (most local businesses haven't done the work).
What I deliver is a Philippines-specific local SEO package — not a generic Western framework forced onto a Filipino market. That means PH-relevant keyword research (including Taglish search queries), citation building across local directories that actually matter in the Philippines (not just Yelp and BBB), review strategy designed for the way Filipinos read reviews (heavy reliance on Facebook reviews, GBP reviews, and word of mouth), and content optimised for hyper-local intent — "[service] near [barangay or area name]," "[business type] Pasig," "[business type] open now Ortigas."
And because I'm based in Ortigas Center myself, I understand the specific quirks of doing local SEO in NCR: how Google treats the line between Pasig and Mandaluyong, why some BGC businesses rank for Makati queries (and how to fix it), how jeepney/MRT routes affect "near me" intent, and which barangays punch above their weight in local search.
In-person meetings available across NCR. Remote work for clients anywhere in the Philippines.

Faster than regular SEO. Most local businesses see meaningful map pack improvement in 4–12 weeks, especially if your Google Business Profile is currently underbuilt. The map pack is more responsive than traditional SERPs because Google prioritises proximity and recency signals — meaning consistent posts, fresh photos, recent reviews, and citation hygiene can move the needle quickly.
Yes. Multi-location local SEO is its own discipline — each branch needs its own optimised GBP, location-specific landing page, locally relevant citations, and a review strategy that doesn't cannibalise other branches. I have experience managing this for businesses with up to dozens of locations.
If you serve the Philippine market, yes — but it looks different. You won't have a map pack presence, but you can still build a Service-Area Business profile on GBP, optimise for "[service] Philippines" queries, build citations on PH directories, and earn local trust signals. For ecommerce especially, "ships from Philippines" trust signals are increasingly important post-COVID.
Extremely. Reviews are the strongest non-proximity ranking factor in the map pack and the strongest conversion factor on your GBP. The ratio that matters: number of reviews, recency (Google weights recent reviews more), star rating, and review content (mentions of your services or city). I help build a review request flow that's compliant with Google's policies and actually gets responses.
For ecommerce, Lazada and Shopee are critical channels but separate from local SEO (they're marketplace SEO, which is a different discipline I can advise on but isn't my main focus). Facebook Pages still matter for local businesses in the PH because Filipinos commonly check Facebook reviews before Google reviews. I'll help you build a consistent presence across both — same NAP, same brand voice, same review strategy.
For local content where Tagalog/Taglish reflects how customers actually search, yes — typically working with a Filipino editor for pure Tagalog. For most Filipino businesses, English content with strategically placed Tagalog phrases performs best because that's how Filipinos write search queries.
Yes — handling fake negative reviews and reporting policy-violating competitor profiles is part of ongoing local SEO work. Google's flagging system isn't fast, but it does work when reports are filed correctly with evidence. I also help craft public responses to negative reviews that show prospects you handle issues professionally.
